In Love/Heartbroken
We’re like words written in the sand
with hope that every stroke will last a lifetime
but tides come and waves flow,
Night Nurse
You wake up alone in silent cold.
Images of a dream follow you to the bathroom sink.
Seaside Reflection
There is something to be said about a connection
A connection so deep it serves as a reflection
Ships in the Night
we’ll be ships in the night passing each other without a sigh, without another blink of an eye.
Stardust Soda
perhaps it is not much of anything, not in such a loveless world during a loveless time.
life to lemons
just lemons given to life
a passing glance, fleeting thought
left behind in a grimace.
